In the year 2020, two recent graduates attended a unique training in Torino, Talenti per l’Impresa by Fondazione CRT, which inspired them to create a startup from scratch, without any funds or support – only the goal of reducing the environmental and social impact of the fashion industry. Elena Ferrero, CEO of Atelier Riforma, which she co-founded with Sara Secondo, COO, talks to Alessia Gianoncelli about how her Atelier Rifoma’s innovative technology helps reduce the amount of textiles that end up in landfills, how difficult it is to keep a startup alive in its first steps and how to build the city that we want to see in the future.
