Luka Juros

Luka Juros is an expert in international cooperation, public policy and education. He led the European Commission's work on the European Education Area Communication.

He is currently working on the employment, social and skills aspects of the €672 billion Recovery and Resilience Facility and the EU economic and social governance system (the European Semester). He is coordinating work on the "Upskilling and Reskilling" flagship of the Recovery and Resilience Facility and contributing to the collaboration with Italy, Lithuania and Luxembourg.
