Ben Eyre is an ethnographer whose work focusses on sustainable finance, impact investing, and market-based approaches to development with a primary focus on East Africa. He researches financing for sustainable development and resilient agriculture through transdisciplinary collaboration with behavioural scientists and human-centred designers. He has worked for over ten years as an advisor to philanthropists and investors. He has a PhD in anthropology from Manchester and degrees from UCL and Oxford.
