On World Refugee Day, The Human Safety Net celebrated 500+ refugee startups supported through their program.

The Human Safety Net, together with the partners of their open net for social impact, reached an important milestone: 500+ refugee startups in the past six years. This has created almost 1,000 additional jobs. 

As detailed in their impact report, The Human Safety Net’s “For Refugees” program is predicated on the idea that the power of entrepreneurship may allow refugees an effective mode of labour market access and integration.
