Discussing CSRD's voluntary sustainability reporting standard
Recent EU transparency regulations have underscored the importance of reporting on sustainability impacts, particularly those that are negative. While many impact-focused entities have traditionally concentrated on highlighting positive environmental and social impacts, adjusting to these new requirements has presented significant challenges, especially for smaller non-listed impact-driven SMEs and impact funds reporting under the SFDR.
The EU's latest draft for the voluntary sustainability reporting standard tailored to non-listed SMEs under the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) holds promise in tackling these challenges. Our webinar, timely in light of EFRAG's ongoing public consultation on the standard until May 21st, seeks to welcome this initiative and contribute to these discussions by bringing forward the impact perspective.
Join us in navigating how this promising tool could facilitate sustainability reporting of non-listed SMEs and how it could facilitate impact-driven businesses to report what they do best: generating positive impact.
