Eligibility criteria
This programme is designed for impact capital providers who are familiar with or want to learn more about the fundamental concepts of impact measurement and management, and want to work on implementing or improving their IMM approach together with Impact Europe experts and peers. This includes impact or programme managers from impact-drive capital providers, such as foundations, impact funds or impact driven corporate actors.

Please note that this programme is designed for learning and development, not as a bespoke consultancy service to optimise your IMM system.

Fees
Impact Europe Members: EUR 1,400
Non-members: EUR 2,800
The fees cover access to the e-learning platform and all associated materials, live sessions on Zoom, access to Impact Europe’s IMM Self-Assessment Tool (including aggregated results for performance comparison with peers), and a two-day in-person event in Brussels (including meals). Please note that travel and accommodation costs are not included.

Please note: if you require a visa to attend the in-person session of the programme in Belgium, we recommend applying as soon as possible to allow for timely processing.
Topics covered
Throughout this programme, you’ll explore core areas essential to effective Impact Measurement and Management, including, among others, stakeholder analysis and accountability, impact and outcome indicators identification, impact risk assessment, IMM and SDGs, impact valuation, and impact reporting.

Use Impact Europe’s self-assessment tool to identify an aspect of your IMM approach you want to improve. Create and submit a first draft of an action plan (“Blueprint”) outlining how to improve your IMM practice .
