EVPA’s initiative for Corporate Social Investors is now in its second year and in full swing! We’ve started this initiative with the strong belief that corporate social investors are uniquely positioned to bring more systemic change in our society.
We have built a community of more than 50 corporate foundations, corporate impact funds and corporate social businesses across Europe.
We not only want to celebrate this, but we would also like to explore with you where we go next. Hence, we would like to warmly invite you for 27 and 28 September in Lisbon, the second edition of Connect4Change, a "meeting of minds" to debate the role of corporate social investing. During this leadership event, corporate social investors will have the opportunity to connect with other senior leaders and explore ideas to produce systemic change.
Robert Monas, Director of Tommy Cares, gave us an insight into how important Connect4Change is to the corporate space. Here is what he had to say about the first edition:
"It was the first time I could meet and speak with people who are on the same track, and who have the same questions. The sharing of information was the most important thing for me. It’s interesting to see how other people from other industries cope with the overall issues and questions."
This event is dedicated to our corporate members. If you are interested to find out more about our corporate initiative, do not hesitate to contact our colleague Jamy Goewie at jgoewie@evpa.eu.com.
